Background

Obtained qualification at Queensland University of Technology (QUT), Brisbane.
Started career in Wishart, QLD.
Moved to Hong Kong and served at the public sector as clinical dietitian for a decade.
Owned a casual dining Tapas style restaurant in Hong Kong Island.
Restaurant achieved high popularity, closed down due to ridiculous high rent, but the passion for cooking never dies!
Completed Master in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism.
Led a weight management program that has one of the highest traffic in Hong Kong.
Returned to Australia for good.
Having worked at Western Health and St. John of God, he is now a lecturer in dietetics at Victoria University.
